Jireh House Project is a referral -based community program that offers essentials toiletries, clothing, furniture, classes and worskshops to low-income families.
We also raise funds for scholarships for student who meet the following criteria: Students must volunteer for a minimum of 4hrs at our Juneteenth Celebration Festival. They also must have minimum 2.8 GPA or above. They need to submit a 500-word essay on what Juneteenth means to them.
Students who win scholarships will receive $500 each. They can use the funds for school supplies or tuition.
During the Mr. & Miss Juneteenth Pageant winners will receive larger amounts based on funds raised.
